Privacy notice
SteadySolo is a client-relationship and scheduling service for independent care professionals. This notice explains how SteadySolo and its operator, OpenBot Solutions, handle information from business users, invited clients, website visitors, and founding-pilot applicants.
Information we handle
Depending on how you use the service, we may process account and profile information, business settings, client contact details, appointments, reminders, consent records, tasks, notes, media selected by a business user, device calendar identifiers, support messages, pilot applications, and technical security records. Google sign-in supplies basic account identity information according to the permissions shown during sign-in.
How we use information
We use information to provide authentication, isolated business workspaces, invited-client booking, client portal access, appointment communication, calendar synchronization, backups, support, fraud and abuse prevention, product reliability, and the founding pilot. We do not sell personal information. Pilot contact consent is limited to communication about the application and does not enroll an applicant in unrelated marketing.
Business users and invited clients
A business user determines which client details are entered and which notes, tasks, or media are explicitly shared through the client portal. Each business workspace is separated by authorization controls. Clients should contact their provider first about information the provider controls; SteadySolo can assist with platform-level requests.
Service providers
SteadySolo uses service providers for cloud database and authentication, hosting and security, transactional email, optional SMS, mobile delivery, and Google sign-in. These providers process information to deliver their contracted services. Current core providers include Supabase, Cloudflare, Resend, Expo, Google, and, when SMS is enabled, Twilio.
Retention and security
We retain information while an account or pilot relationship is active and as reasonably needed for security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and recovery. We use encrypted network connections, access controls, row-level authorization, private storage with time-limited links, and restricted server credentials. No online system can promise absolute security.
Care and health information
SteadySolo’s beta is not an electronic health record, emergency service, or a substitute for professional recordkeeping required by law. Business users should not enter regulated health information unless they have independently confirmed that their use, agreements, settings, and legal obligations permit it.
Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of pilot contact permission by emailing support@steadysolo.com. Some records may be retained where required for security, consent evidence, legal duties, or dispute resolution. Transactional appointment messages are separate from marketing messages.
Children, changes, and contact
SteadySolo is intended for adults and businesses, not for children to create accounts independently. We may revise this notice as the beta develops and will post the effective date with material changes. Questions, privacy requests, or security reports may be sent to support@steadysolo.com.
